Fly mode is just the regular mode, right? This pretty much means that almost everyone is going to get that first achievement on their first play through then, right? I like those though, good stuff. Definitely a shame about lack of melee achievements though, I hope more get added

No, staying in fight mode the entire time will make you a sitting duck.
