PCMARK Problem! Please fix ASAP

I am getting the COM Surrogate problem whenever I try to run PCMARK. I was able to run it once but it is giving me problems again. This has been going on for 5+ months, can we please get a fix or a refund of some sort?

This is a known issue and a fix is in development. Apologies. A patch should come soon.

Yes, I am using PCMARK Vantage Advanced edition (1.0.1.0). The same goes for 3Dmark. Is there anything on the system i.e. windows service or something that needs to be running? Is PCMARK hooking into the windows system rating or?

SystemInfo component that is run by both benchmarks does indeed check what your Windows Experience Index (system rating) is.

We collect hundreds of pieces of information from systems we scan. We use SystemInfo for estimating system performances without actually running any benchmarks in our services like Game-o-Meter.
