I started a new thread,However, since you're getting responses thought I chime in too...to get some answers...
No I have an Intel Core 2 Extreme X7900. I think it is the nvidia beta drivers. I am sure these programs worked before the 195.39 beta video drivers. I may need to roll back or wait for the next release.

Well it looks like the new nvidia beta drivers (195.55) fixed the error.
