Motorsport sim game rFactor has been available for some time now, but only as a direct download. However, last year, the title found its way on retail shelves in Europe and now North America's stores have joined in the fun. how would you compare this game to say GTR2?? I really enjoy GTR2 with my logitech G25 wheel but im always looking for other good racing games...

GTR 2 is a more focused simulation, with less available modifications. rFactor is the "sandbox" racing simulation, with dozens of high-quality modifications available. GTR 2 (and RACE, and GT Legends) are more polished products (better visuals, more attention to detail, more fleshed-out single-player experiences), but rFactor beats them all in terms of potential and online play.
