Review

It's a new Need for Speed title and there are a few surprises abound, as fans of the series may notice one or two things that have gone AWOL. In their place, though, there's a good range of cars, tracks, racing modes, and relatively few multiplatform issues. So do we have a decent arcade racing game for the PC, or have the changes left us with flat batteries?
