Finally tonight, the folks over at Turbine have announced the launch of a 7-day free trial for their Tolkien-based MMORPG, The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar. This trial is open to anyone living in North America, Australia, and New Zealand. After the 7 days are up, you can either purchase the game online or grab the retail edition to continue leveling up your characters.
