EA Launches DAoC Bring-A-Friend Program

Trying to drum up some business tonight, EA Mythic has announced the launch of a "Bring-A-Friend" referral program for their popular MMORPG, Dark Age of Camelot. Basically, for every friend you refer to the game that becomes a paying subscriber, you'll receive one free month of play. You can learn more about the Bring-A-Friend program right here.

Sadly the game itself is well past it's "best before" date. It was good fun 2-3 years ago, but nowdays it's just on life support until Mythic finishes Warhammer Online.

Its a nice thought, but I doubt there are many out there who haven't already tried it before.....

I played this about 5 or so years ago, was fun, but even then it was starting to look a bit dated. I dunno if i could go back to it now, after having played so many new great MMO's. But hey like was previously stated, its just a stop-gap measure till Warhammer comes out.
