Just a quickie: Activision have finally confirmed the upcoming release of stand along wireless Gibson guitars for Guitar Hero III.

The guitars will be available for the PS2, PS3, 360 and Wii by early 2008. For those that have progressed from Guitar Hero 2 it isn't such an issue since you can still use the old Guitars, but for those who are new to the game and want matching guitars, you'll have to wait a couple more months I'm afraid.
