Kicking things off today, the folks over at Massive Entertainment have released a mod kit for their alt-history RTS, World in Conflict. The mod kit, along with the previously released WicEd, allows gamers to create their own content for the game. You can whip up a small balancing mod or go all out on a total conversion. The possabilities are limitless!
