Stomping out a few bugs this afternoon, the folks over at Blue Byte Software have released a brand new patch (v1.3) for their latest strategy title, The Settlers: Rise of an Empire. The 137MB installer adds online ladders to the game, map editor improvements and fixes a handful of nasty bugs.
