Getting things rollin' today, Valve Software has released a small update for their hit multiplayer shooter, Team Fortress 2. In addition to the usual list of bug fixes, this patch adds medigun and sniper rifle options to the advanced dialog menu, adjusts the spawn points in Granary and more! You can check out the full patch notes right here or just relaunch Steam to start downloading. :D
