Hot on the heels of the news about the system requirements for Assassin's Creed, Codemasters kindly dropped us a note to suggest the minimum specifications a PC should have to run Turning Point: Fall of Liberty!

This particular game involves a neat rewrite of history: Winston Churchill is killed in a motoring accident, Germany defeats the Allies in Europe, and comes across to tackle America. Naturally you play the part of a hero, out to save the world! Anyway, the following specs are not 100% final - they're what Codemasters UK are suggesting is the kind of PC you're going to need as a minimum:

• 3GHz single core (or AMD equivalent) processor
• 1 GB of system RAM
• Shader Model 3.0 graphics card (GeForce 6600 or Radeon X1300) or higher
• Any DirectX compatible sound device
• 7 GB of free hard-disk space

Although Codemaster didn't specify this, you can be certain that you'll need to be using Windows XP or Vista, plus the video card will need either 128MB or 256MB of onboard RAM.

Naturally, we've got the Game-o-Meter all fired up and ready to test your PC, just in case you're not sure if you meet the requirements.
