Grabbing our attention tonight, Sony Online Entertainment and Vivox have announced that they will be teaming up to provide gamers with a suite of in-game voice communication tools. In addition to the standard group/raid chat channels, these tools will offer voicemail, voice masking, the ability to chat with your guild via cell phone, and free hosting through the Vivox Network, so your bandwidth won't be eaten up. And best of all, these tools will be added to both SOE games and the SOE Station Launcher. So even if you don't subscribe to an SOE game, you can still use it. :D
