New Crysis Warhead Screenshots

Spicing things up today, the fine folks over at Crytek Studios have released a pair of new screenshots from their upcoming Crysis Warhead stand-alone expansion. These latest shots seem to focus on vehicles and how to make them "fly". Enjoy:

Crysis Warhead is scheduled for release this Fall.

Most screens of Warhead that I've seen so far look a bit strange. The lighting doesn't look very realistic and the overall graphics level looks slightly lower than what we've seen in Crysis. I may of course be imagining things, but considering that the game is supposed to run so much better, it wouldn't surprise me if some things have been toned down.

May have to do with the sunset + explosions on the lighting but I do see what your saying. Your not imagining.

They are not very good screenshots in the first place. Doesn't really show off anything new.

Double Post:

Guys on the IGN PC "Command Prompt" podcast said they got to see the game running on a $1000 PC and it was smoking fast.

According to them its night and day compared to how Crysis ran. We shall see.
