| I'm just going to put it right out there, and say that it looks a bit dated. Textures look bland and low res, poly counts a bit low, and lighting / shadows just seems to be absent. |

I dont get it, is it cool these days to say nothing positive about new releases?
Tbh, couldnt care less about textures res or shadows ect.
If it will run good on alot of computers, then i'll be happy.
They cant all be crysis "this game will run ok in 2020" 
So far as i can see from the 3 screen, i think they want big open desolate spaces... which would req some lowering of details. |

| It's pretty rare that I'll stick it to a new release for not coming up to some arbitrary standard of graphical presentation. Usually I'm the opposite actually, and quick to defend a game that looks like ass on the basis of it having some other fantastic stand-out qualities. I still expect Fallout 3 to offer some pretty enjoyable gameplay. The only thing I take from these particular screenshots though, is that it's looking a bit dated. |

I have to agree with you. After seeing early previews of the game I was expecting good things especially from the makers of Oblivion but these screens are a real let down. |

Graphics look good enough to me. Obviously arent the best of any game out there, but they look good.
And from those screenshots I really dont see where the poly's are so low. |

| Yeah, the the textures look a bit low res and dated. But, like oblivion, I expect some killer mods (like Qarls texture pack) to help out a bit in that area. |
