Spreading the good news today, Electronic Arts has announced that they've released an SDK for their hit Strategy title, Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3. Included in the 130MB download is everything you need to start creating your own mod or total conversion for the game. Also available is a UI Source Pack for reference purposes, and an SDK Worldbuilder for those of you who want to create levels using new art assets.
