Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles Beta Patch ReleasedThe folks over at Bethesda Softworks have released a small BETA patch (v1.2.0410) for their latest The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion expansion, Shivering Isles. Coming in at only 823kb, this sucker fixes an issue with form IDs not being properly marked as free, causing objects to disappear in game. You can grab it from the game's official downloads page, Gamer's Hell, WorthPlaying or FileShack. Just remember that this patch comes with the following warning: This is a beta patch. We strongly recommend you backup your save games and understand it may be necessary to re-install the game when the final patch is released. Additionally, you may experience issues with this patch. Please report any issues you experience with this patch at www.elderscrolls.com/forums under Hardware and Software Issues -- specify you are running with the BETA patch.
