Sure to raise a few eyebrows tonight, Square Enix and Double Helix Games have officially announced the development of a new mech-based third person shooter called "Front Mission Evolved". Details are pretty sparse at the moment, but what we do know is that you'll be controlling giant mechs called "Wanzers" in a political race to control unconquered regions of space. No release date is given, but they do confirm the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 as target platforms.
