Lord of the Rings Online Special Edition Announced

Hoping to make your stay in Middle-Earth a pleasant one, Turbine has announced a Special Edition for their upcoming massively multiplayer online RPG, The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar. Due out on April 24th, this edition is being priced at $59.99 and is now available for preorder. So what does it have to offer? Here's the list:
