Creating a little buzz this afternoon, BioWare has announced that they are now accepting application to beta test their highly anticipated MMORPG, Star Wars: The Old Republic. No word on when the beta will be going live, but those of you who are interested in signing up can do so at the official website. First you must register to become a TOR community member, then visit your account page and opt in to become a tester. Once you've completed that, just fill out the application form and run their system scan. That's it! So what are you waiting for?! :D

I have been signed up for the newsletter since mid 2008, and have gotten tons of things from them, from spam, to offers, to videos, to blogs, but they don't let the people know about open beta? This is the first I heard of this. Of course the servers are busy :(
