Battlefield: 1943 & Bad Company 2 System Specs Revealed

Spilling the beans this afternoon, EA DICE has announced some official system requirements for their upcoming military shooters, Battlefield: 1943 and Battlefield: Bad Company 2. So what kind of setup will you need to these Frostbite engine-powered titles? Here's the scoop:

Minimum Frostbite PC Specifications for BFBC2 & BF1943

Processor: Core 2 Duo @ 2.0GHz
Main memory: 2GB
Graphics card: GeForce 7800 GT / ATI X1900
Graphics memory: 256MB
OS: Windows XP
Free HDD space: 15GB for Digital Version, 10GB for Disc Version (BFBC2) / 10GB for Digital Version, 4GB for Disc Version (BF1943)

Recommended Frostbite PC Specifications for BFBC2 & BF1943

Processor: Quadcore
Main memory: 2GB
Graphics card: GeForce GTX 260
Graphics memory: 512MB
OS: Windows Vista or Windows 7
Free HDD space: 15GB for Digital Version, 10GB for Disc Version (BFBC2) / 10GB for Digital Version, 4GB for Disc Version (BF1943)

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is scheduled for release in North America on March 2nd and Europe on March 5th, while Battlefield: 1943 is due out sometime in Q1 2010.

damn im running intel core 2 duo at 2.7ghz,2 gb ram,nvidia 8800 gtx 768mb,I'm sort of cutting the middle of requirements,was able to run crysis on regular settings smooth should be able to run this on regular settings also,what you guys think?
