Blizzard has announced the system requirements for Starcraft 2 beta. These are also pretty good indication of the final requirements, but strictly speaking they could still change. The minimum requirements are laughably low - basically, if your PC can run World of Warcraft, it can run Starcraft II.

UPDATE: Looks like someone at Blizzard messed up and copy-pasted some placeholder material for a page that shouldn't have been public yet. The requirements have been taken down. I guess a placeholder that got accidentally published would explain why the requirements looked a lot like the ones for World of Warcraft.

So, I guess we might hear the real deal soon, but this was a false alarm. Sorry.
