Finally tonight, Electronic Arts has released a new update (#4) for their hit sport management sim, FIFA Manager 10. Weighing in at 681MB, this patch features a full database update, 56 new XXL player pictures, 227 new standard player pictures, 142 other new pics and a Live Ticker update.
