Kotaku has a story up about a chap called Max Kor over at CGSociety who has created a stunning piece of WoW fan art.

The art was created as an entry for a WoW fan art competition and frankly, it's absolutely stunning. Rather thoughtfully there's also a little collection of screen shots showing you some of the steps towards building the model. You can see it over at CGSociety. In a word, wow.
