BioWare Co-Founders Retiring From Gaming IndustryShaking things up tonight, BioWare co-founders Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeschuk have announced that they'll be leaving the gaming industry to pursue outside interests. According to their blog updates, Muzyka plans to invest in and mentor new entrepreneurs in the social/impact investing field, while Zeschuk wants to start up various craft beer-related projects. Their blogs also reflect on their careers and say goodbye to the fans. So be sure to give them a read. Their importance to the gaming industry (especially Western RPGs) can't be stated enough. Have to thank them for everything they've done. They'll be missed and we wish them luck! Update: BioWare General Manager Aaryn Flynn has posted his own blog update discussing the departures and the future of the company. Sounds like they're working on an all-new game set in the Mass Effect universe. So this isn't the end people!
