NewsWorld of Warcraft v2.1.0 released - Black Temple is hereBlizzard Entertainment has released their new content patch (v2.1.0) for their hit massively multiplayer online RPG, World of Warcraft. Aside from the usual debugging there is a jumbo-sized mountain of balance changes touching almost every level 70 epic item and re-tuning just about everything related to the current 25-man raid instances. And just in case you are running out of places to raid, this patch adds the Black Temple (a new 25-man raid instance). Blizzard has also populated many of the previously unused areas of Outland, and there are several new factions with quests. Among them you can find a quest line for the epic Netherdrake mount, and another series of quests for the Druid epic flight form. To top things up, engineers and jewelcrafters get many new items to craft, and alchemy (and raid buffing in general) got overhauled. All in all, it's a massive patch. You can find a list of what's new right here or just load the game's auto-updater to start downloading. If you want to grab the patch manually, here are some mirrors (all regional versions):
Note that as usual, European realms are patched one day later, so Europeans should hold off until tomorrow before patching their game clients, or they might not be able to log in until the servers are patched.
