If there's anyone out there that doesn't actually own Oblivion yet, there's some good news: Bethesda Softworks has announced The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition.

Oblivion GotY will include the original version of Oblivion along with the official expansion, The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles™, and the downloadable content, Knights of the Nine. This basically gives those who don't own the game yet the chance to get hold of the game with plenty of additional content
