Offering advice on both game development and financial matters, the board consists of several industry heavy weights including Maxis co-founder Jeff Braun, id Software co-owner Kevin Cloud, former Activision VP of Finance & CFO Ed Roffman, fomer managing director and global head of digital media at UBS Investment Bank David Higley and the Strategic Marketing Partners.
