Keeping the downloads coming tonight, Firaxis Games has released a new patch (v3.03) for their latest Civilization IV expansion, Beyond the Sword. Weighingin at a hefty 80megs, this update includes DX9.0c and a "Microsoft Fix for Manifest Requirements". You can grab this puppy from the official downloads page or any of the following mirrors:
